This form is not longer active. Ontario Nature upgraded our database / member relations software from Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge 7 and Net Community to Blackbaud NXT on November 30, 2025.

NXT will improve the user experience through several new features. It will also be more efficient for Ontario Nature staff so we can spend more time on the conservation side of our work.
