Please complete this form to register for the 2019 Youth Summit for Biodiversity & Environmental Leadership at YMCA Geneva Park in Orillia, ON.
The cancellation deadline is Thursday, September 5, 2019. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after this date. Please note that refunds will not be issued until after the event.
The registration fee covers food, accommodations and workshops for the event.

Note: Attendee’s emergency contact should be a family member or close relation who is over 18 and has access to the attendee’s medical information. We ask for participant’s health card information in case of emergency during your time at the summit. We respect your confidentiality and this information will not be shared outside of Ontario Nature staff.
