Protect Your Share of Habitat in the Frontenac Arch!
You can protect critical habitat in the globally important Frontenac Arch area of eastern Ontario by helping us grow our Gananoque Lake Nature Reserve. Your gift today will help to permanently protect a 58-acre property adjacent to our existing nature reserve, which features shorelines, wetlands and interior forests. This area has become a refuge for species that are highly endangered elsewhere in Ontario, like cerulean warbler and gray ratsnake. We’re more than halfway to reaching our fundraising goal, and we hope you’ll join us in this significant conservation effort!

Youth Leadership in Action
Eighteen Youth Council members recently attended a weekend of hands-on learning and relationship building through a wetlands field trip and retreat on the Lake Simcoe watershed. Attendees explored a swamp, learned from wetland specialists and Knowledge Keepers, and brainstormed ideas for engaging their peers in wetland education. You can hear from Youth Council member Sunny about her experience and her love of frogs!
